We are looking for some help with getting our deck back in shape. Individual should have direct/primary experience in decking. This is the scope of work: - Remove all remaining rotten wooden boards (most have been already removed) - Strip old paint from deck - Sand deck (where/if necessary) - Power wash deck - Apply wood rot protection to ends of boards - Buy, transport and install new boards into missing areas - New exterior wooden board perimeter needs to be installed - Repair 2 sets of steps - Paint and seal deck - dark gray Looking for individual to come on-site to evaluate and provide some kind of proposal. Any advice that you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Project is ready to start as soon as you are available. Getting bids now. Thank you
