Vinco is a rapidly growing Las Vegas, NV construction company (specializing in in telecommunications and electrical projects) is looking for a motivated Construction Manager with civil/concrete experience to support our planned growth. We would gladly accept a Civil Foreman with significant experience for this role. Qualifications of the ideal candidate include:  Relevant experience as a Civil foreman in construction projects - minimum 2 years.  Construction experience in wireless telecom preferred.  Knowledge of Las Vegas statutes on civil (ground) work required.  Ability to effectively lead a team.  Ability to establish, manage, plan, and think strategically.  Ability to build and foster collaborative relationships.  Demonstrate excellent decision-making abilities. Successful candidates will also possess:  Understanding and adaptation of old and new Clark County regulations  Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.  Ability to work as a team with a positive attitude and professional customer service skills.  Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.  Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and electronic estimating software.  Valid driver's license required with a decent MVR. Starting salary of $80,000, more for more experience.
