Local business is looking for General Maintenance / Laborer Worker to join our property management and construction team. We’re looking for someone who (is): Reliable Self-motivated A hard worker Works well and communicates with others Responsibilities: Construction work includes but not limited to crack filling, asphalt patching and parking lot sweeping General lawn care if needed Qualifications: Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record Must be able to pass drug test and background check Preference given to those with applicable maintenance and construction experience Must live in or surrounding area Able to work long, odd hours 5-7 days a week if needed Job Benefits: Pay depended upon experience Office located in Duluth.
