Experienced landscaper needed

I need help cleaning up existing landscaping. I have a laurel hedge that is currently about 11 feet tall and I would like to shorten it to under 9 feet, there is also lots of other landscape that needs to be done, weeding, cutting things back, etc. I also have a lot of things that I need to take to the dump and to recycling. I am looking for someone dependable, upbeat and experienced. Ability to work independently, follow directions and ask questions if unsure. The ideal person would also be willing to occasionally do some painting, cleaning, and other odds and ends, maybe even build an arbor.
