I am a contractor looking for builders for outdoor projects, decks, fences, concrete, etc. I need a experienced person who can work on their own or manage a 2 man crew and need a couple persons who want to work and learn. I can pay hourly, 1099 cash, or if you lead a job I will pay 80% of labor I bill, either way is fine. I can pay W2 if need be. What I do not do is pay cash daily or on demand. I have equipment but expect a experienced person to have some hand tools, drills, etc. If you have a job and want side work I can work with that type of schedule as well.
