My family has been working with a nanny for this past year an love her. With our older kids returning to in-person classes in late August, we're looking to evolve into an nanny share with out 3 year old son at that time. Currently employing the nanny 40 hrs/wk 8am-4pm but can be flexible on hours (must be daytime). Cost per family would be $540/wk for remainder of 2021 and $570/wk for 2022 (based on MA minimum wage). We are located in Harvard and would want a family that lives nearby if we trade location of care between houses or is willing to bring their child to our home daily if not nearby.
