Custom residential home builder located on the north shore is looking to fill a full time Superintendent position. Candidate must have residential construction experience. Qualifications: • Proficient with all technical building skills • Previous experience working on new construction and remodel projects • Understand the contractor billing and change order process • Possess strong computer skills • Intermediate experience with MS Project, Word and Excel • Highly organized • Superior communication skills • Portray a positive attitude and demonstrate professional customer service skills • College degree is preferred but not required Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Management of Multiple Home Projects • Oversee adherence to the detailed project schedule • Manage onsite subcontractors • Develop and maintain business relationships with Owners, Architect/Engineers and subcontractors • Provide a quality project management to our customers that meets or exceeds their performance standards Compensation: • Competitive Salary • Safe Harbor 401k • Group Medical Plan
