Homestar Painting is looking for someone with at least two years of painting experience. Must be reliable, a good communicator, trustworthy, and someone who works well with others.

· Years of experience with detail on what you were doing (Residential or Commercial; Interior or Exterior)
· Can you work a paint sprayer? This is not required but a plus.
· Do you have transportation?
· Tools you own
· Who did you last work for and for how long? Why did you leave?
· Expected pay rate?
· How soon can you start?

· Acknowledgment that you understand that you will start as an independent contractor, paid on a per job and hour basis
