Need driver for two hours

I can't drive right now, but I need to get my standard transmission pickup truck to an emissions center to get updated tags. I am paying $25 per hour and this job should not take more than two hours, but if it does, I pay whatever the job requires. I will need a driver either this Wednesday, April 21, possibly Thursday, April 22, or worst case scenario, Friday, April 23. I prefer afternoons, but I am flexible. The driver must be able to drive a stick shift, and get the truck to the emissions center at 5175 Marshall St.in Arvada from 44th and Federal by 4pm.
