Fielding Tree & Shrub Care, south Denver’s favorite tree care company, is hiring for a Tree Production Crew Supervisor. With more than 20 years of experience serving the Denver Metro area, you will be joining a team of professionals with a true passion for tree care and service excellence. Applicant must have extensive knowledge and experience in the tree care industry, solid people skills and a good work ethic. Other job requirements include: • Valid driver’s license • ISA certification, preferred Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • supervising the tree crew's daily production • providing tree crew training and instruction • maintaining safe work practices, company process and standards • managing inventory and purchase of supplies • overseeing truck and equipment readiness The Tree Production Crew Supervisor starting salary is $55,000/year, including a company truck, medical and dental benefits, plus biannual bonuses.
