Quartz Fabricator and Installer Subcontractor NEEDED IMMEDIATELY Pay Rate: $10/sq ft with a guaranteed of 25+ units a month. We provide all material needed to complete each unit. Each unit is square edge with drop in sinks, 3 cm. No 30 day wait. About Us: We are a countertop installation company that specializes in installation of countertops in multifamily units. We are seeking experienced, reliable subcontractors that produce quality work. THIS IS A SUBCONTRACT POSITION ONLY. MUST HAVE OWN TRUCK WITH A-FRAME, TOOLS/EQUIPMENT NEEDED TO FABRICATE AND INSTALL, LABOR TEAM AND GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE. Purpose and Scope: This position is responsible for measuring, templating, fabricating and installing quartz countertops in new construction apartments. Job Knowledge & Experience Required: The ideal subcontractor must have a minimum of three to five years’ experience in countertop installation, preferably in a quartz. Candidates must also possess solid customer service skills as this position at times requires contact with other contractors and project managers. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned as needed. -Drives to scheduled job sites; meets with our project manager; accurately performs required measurements -Pick-up, fabricate and install all material needed for each unit -Responsible for all helpers and labor team required to complete project -Upon completion of the project double checks all work to ensure quality and cleans up after themselves SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY.
