Criteria - must be responsive to an AirBnB type property mgt company - must not have criminal background - must have tools, truck - must submit to background check - Area to be serviced is Comal County Culture - we need people that professionally minded - we want to help brand you and promote you and grow our businesses together - we like to identify supplemental income streams for the entrepreneurially minded vendor(s) that know of sellers/owners that are in a tough economic spot. We can partner with owners to solve problems, repair their home, and sell it at top dollar as well as repair home and offer it for lease or vacation rental for optimal income.
