We are a busy construction services company looking for independent contractors who want year-round work, are willing to work hard, and wanting to manage their own schedule. We work with new home builders to provide subfloor enhancement to minimize floor squeaks after the builder’s warranty period is over. New homes are being built at staggering rates throughout the greater Houston area, so there is always plenty to do. You are paid per job. How much PAY depends on the number of jobs you do per week. Work as an independent contractor based on your availability and scheduling. Work is paid on a weekly basis. You will communicate with the main office via cell phone to receive jobs, report job status, provide pictures upon job completion, etc. Other requirements for this position include: • Reliable transportation and able to cover a 30 mile radius • Strong work ethic, can work alone, unassisted • Sending completed work orders on a daily basis • Must have cell phone to communicate with the main office Experience in construction trades desired, but not required.
