Earn retention bonus at 30 days, 60 days and 120 days – Totaling $2500 Up to $200 a month in attendance bonuses! $250 Referral Bonus after 30 days of successful employment.  Why you should apply to be an Assembler: Competitive pay $14.00 to $16.30 depending on your shift/schedule Variety of Hours/Shift to accommodate all 1st shift (Start times range from: 4:30a-7am) - 10 hour shift (Mon-Thurs) - $14/hr 2nd shift (Start times range from 2pm-515pm) - 10 hour shift (Mon-Thurs) - $15/hr 3rd shift (10p-6:30a) - $15/hr Weekend Shifts only (5am-5pm or 5pm-5am Fri-Sun) - $15.55 (day) and $16.30/hr (night) What a typical day as an Assembler might look like: Performing assembly of a variety of medical products Inspecting throughout the assembly process Print and inspect labels Document clearly on log sheets Working in a team environment Communicate effectively with team members to problem solve and resolve issues Lift up to 20lbs on occasion.
