You are starting as seating hosts then switching to cleaning. - help seat guests, clean & help scullery if needed. - live event cleaning - bussing, keeping up with trash cans, & cleaning - at the end of the night: Sweeping, spot mopping, dusting, cleaning where event happened on venue. SCULLERY STAFF: - scrape, stack and organize dishware & cupware. - keep scullery area clean - help cleaners when can RESTROOM ATTENDANTS: - restock and clean restrooms - sanitize door knobs, high touch areas - keep counters & floors dry - take care of trash and clean restroom at end of night - help cleaners if needed
