Help me make DIY concrete table top?? I buy needed concrete, etc.

Ok so this is kinda random but I have some stone bases and I want to make a large concrete dining table top for it. I’ve watched several DIY YouTube videos and feel fairly confident but if I could find someone that’s done this before would be awesome to have help/learn. I will buy the concrete mix, wire and frame that I need. But I don’t have a mixer, saw horse legs or anything. Here’s a pic of the base. Let me know if you could help. Please provide rate, availability, maybe done examples of your work, social media or something. I’d like to get this done ASAP.
