If you: (in no particular order) Are lazy Take an hour shit in the morning right after clocking in which makes you late for your first job of the day Are constantly looking for the smallest things to complain about and have a negative attitude Can't show up to work on time Are always calling out of work Smell (sorry - doesn’t work for me or my clients) Don't like working past 3pm Are addicted to your phone and facebook Show up in sweatpants or pajama pants to work Want a hefty paycheck without being able to complete the minimum required every day and then bitch about it Well.. Im sorry but you’re too late those positions are already full and are soon to be replaced with individuals I can be proud to call my team. I am EXTREMELY eager and excited to find individuals who will complement my business and myself. I am looking for positive minded, self motivated, driven, hardworking individuals who hate drama and excel under busy working conditions. Individuals who love to work hard so they can play hard when time allows and our work days are manageable. For those types of individuals the sky is the limit not only within the company but also your bank account. I LOVE writing big paychecks to those kinds of individuals. Applicants must have their drivers license, reliable transportation to and from work every day, have a presentable and clean appearance, personable and patient with our clients, able to lift 100lbs or more, be able to move and work safely off extension ladders.
