Holland Homes a senior community located in Winston-Salem is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician. Must possess a minimum of 2-years experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry. Ability to interact with outside vendors and residents. Assist with regular inspections of units to determine needs for maintenance including major equipment. Must have a high school degree or equivalent certifications. Attention to detail a must and be self-motivated.
