OFFERPAD VENDOR INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS • Certificate of Worker’s Compensation Insurance (with limits not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence)* • Certificate of General Liability Insurance (with limits not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit for property damage, bodily injury and personal injury/death per occurrence; $2,000,000 general aggregate).
