I'll be 64 in May. I don't remember when music wasn't important to me. But it has been elusive to understand. I want to finally understand music. I want to know what a "key" really means. I've been strumming a guitar for decades and still don't know. I want to be taught music from the ground up - like a two year old. Don't assume I know anything. Start at the beginning. Where does the conversation about music start? This isn't about guitar lessons. This is about learning the language of music with real understanding that I can then apply to everything around me, as much as possible, and to make music with others constantly for the remaining years of my life.
