A Central New York construction company is seeking a talented carpenter to join our growing team. Candidate must have basic construction skills, be organized, and professionally communicate with our clients and co-workers with a positive attitude. Necessary Skills • Carpentry - Rough and Finish • Windows and Doors • Siding • Bathroom Remodel • Kitchen Remodel • New Drywall / Drywall Repair / Drywall Finishing / Patching / Caulking • General Repairs and Maintenance Work • Customer Service Duties, Responsibilities & Requirements • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Must be detail oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities, and proven leadership skills. The ability to handle multiple projects / tasks. • Must be able to plan, execute and close out multiple projects in allotted periods of time to the satisfaction of the client. • Must have a good understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and blueprint reading. • Manage and communicate client concerns, problems or complaints on assigned projects. • Must own basic hand tools Compensation • Based on experience • Sign on bonus • Paid Time Off Job Type: Full-time Salary: Depends on Experience Experience: • Construction: 3 years (Required) • Carpentry: 3 years (Required)
