Urban Forest Tree Service is hiring! We are looking to fill 2 full time positions for groundsman. Groundsman duties will require an individual with incredible attention to detail, strong work ethic, and endurance. Groundsman are essential in the tree care profession. They are required to assist tree climbers and arborist in the daily activities that move tree work forward. These tasks include collecting branches and debri for chipping operations, maintaining gear and equipment, knowledge of ropes/lines and how to properly use knots, and creating a hazard free work site. Groundsman often work themselves into full time positions as tree climbers and arborist if a passion is present and commitment to the process.
