Need help finding a physical therapist that takes Medicaid

Hello, does anybody know of a physical therapist within 15 miles of southeast Troy that accepts Medicaid? So far Royal Oak Beaumont is the only choice and I would rather not go there. Please help! I can barely walk and I'm in terrible pain. Thank you!
