Maintenance person needed for multiple properties in the Binghamton area, residential and commercial buildings. Applicant should have a strong background in construction, painting, electrical and plumbing. Roofing experience is a plus. Must be reliable, have your own transportation and be able to complete jobs with minimal supervision. Candidate must be able to lift upwards of 50lbs and be willing to work outside in inclement conditions when needed. Position is full time, first shift, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Pay dependent on qualifications. May require background check and/or drug test. Paid holidays, Vacation time, Sick/Personal time off, Medical Insurance, steady work schedule of mon-fri 8AM-4:30PM with overtime available most of the year.
