Description
I am unfortunately having to rehome my mare. Her name is Kai and she's about 4 or 5 years old. She is green broke, I've ridden her bareback and with a saddle and she does good. No attitude or anything but she'll need training. She loads great, lunges, and stands tied. She's had her teeth floated and is up to date on all shots. I want her to go to someone who is looking for a pasture pet or companion horse. She can also be used as a broodmare, she has good conformation. She has a lot of potential but I don't have the time or money to deal with the issues she has. She's had x rays done and vet says she's navicular, its not a disease, it's a bone deformity. It can be treated with regular on time trimmings and the correct diet., she is currently barefoot. She has had an abscess on that foot so it could be whats also causing the limp. Boots could also help but its nit the end of the road for her. There will be a rehoming fee to ensure she goes to someone who wants her.
