Serious Pay and Benefits: Compensation will be performance driven at $18-$20 per hour. We are currently offering a conditional hiring bonus for those hired between April - September 1, 2021! 1 year of verifiable construction, concrete or flooring experience will get you a $500 hiring bonus! 2-4 years of verifiable construction, concrete or flooring experience will get you a $1,000 hiring bonus! 4 or more years of verifiable construction, concrete or flooring experience will get you a $1,500 hiring bonus!
