At Falling Leaves, we are always looking for the right individual to join our team. Right now, we need people who have experience with landscape construction. MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH NO POINTS LAST 3 YEARS.
Experience needed:
- Proper installation of plants, trees, and sod; retaining walls (timber and modular block); paver patios, sidewalks, natural stone, and concrete.
- Drainage system installation knowledge, including but not limited to, downspout piping and French drain systems.
- The ability to grade landscapes and understand basic grading
- Basic plant identification is required
- Basic irrigation system knowledge
- Basic lighting system knowledge
- Basic machine operating skills including skid steer and mini skid steer.
- The ability to drive and operate a trailer confidentially and safely.
Our ideal candidates must be willing to work with their team, be flexible enough to work with different personalities, pay attention to the details, work hard to improve the company and him/herself, and take pride in a job well done!
We do check references, so you must be able to provide at least three professional references. You must be able to show your years of experience leading a crew at previous employers. All job offers are pending background check and drug screening.
