Immediate Maintenance/Handy Man Position Available: Experienced all around maintenance employee needed to work on and remodel various rental homes. We are looking for an honest, trustworthy, and a reliable person who is looking for longtime employment. Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8-5 with the willingness to be on call over the weekend if an emergency occurs. Must have your own power tools, hand tools, driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Experienced in all or most jobs listed below with a willingness to learn and advance. Someone who is willing to take instructions and correction from others. Grounds keeper – operate a lawn mower, weed eater, edger, pressure washer etc. Plumbing Electrical Roofing (metal & shingles) Painting Finish Carpentry Must be able to use a cell phone to take pictures, text, etc. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift/move stoves, refrigerators and other various heavy items. Must not be afraid to get on roofs! Must be willing to work in the heat and the cold Must be able to pass a background check.
