Full Time and Part Time Commercial Cleaning Positions Available B & S Cleaning Solutions Philadelphia, Pa. We are seeking Full and Part time cleaners to join our team! Previous experience in the janitorial / commercial cleaning field required. Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work independently. Must have strong communication and customer service skills. Must notify management of occurring deficiencies and equipment repair needs. Must notify management when supplies need to be replenished. All jobs are Accessible to Public Transportation Job Duties Include (but not limited to) the following: Clean and dust all office and lobby furniture. Empty waste and recycling containers. Clean and disinfect toilets, bathroom fixtures and floors. Sweep and mop all tiled floors. Detail vacuum all carpeted areas. Clean desktops, counter tops, and all flat surfaces. Clean / polish the interior and exterior of all elevators. Must be able to operate a backpack vacuum cleaner. Must communicate with team members to create and maintain and effective cleaning plan. Apartment Turnover Cleaning Duties Clean the kitchen, refrigerator inside and out, clean the stove inside and out. Clean behind the refrigerator and stove. Clean and disinfect the toilets, bathroom fixtures and floors. Sweep and mop all tiled floors. Detail vacuum all carpeted areas. Clean all windows inside and out.
