A to Z Family of Businesses is a local company looking to add to our growing team. We do handypeople work, Electrical work and Plumbing work. We started when COVID started, the founder lost his job in restaurants after 23 years in the restaurant industry and decided to create a company doing something else he loved, working with his hands. We're at our core, restaurant people who we teach how to do what we do. We do genuinely believe that the traits one learns in restaurants transfer over to this industry and the hard skills of using a saw, drill, etc we can teach you. If you find yourself naturally handy, you enjoy working with your hands and "figuring it out" then you're probably going to be very successful with us. We're looking for two roles currently, Technician - $29.95 per hour - own your own route and jobs, you're on your own a lot - once trained and comfortable you're able to run with it, you do not need to be directly managed - we give you tools to use, company phone, ipad, credit card, etc to ensure you're prepared - you have reliable transportation - in this role you're building confidence and a skillset and we will tech you leadership so you can continue to grow if you want with us Assistant - $19.95 per hour - you're working directly with a manager or owner - you're learning daily the skills needed in the trades - you do not need to be exceptionally handy, a strong work ethic and thirst to learn more and you will be very successful What we need in both roles, you need to understand and live or core values.
