Rehab Apartment Complex in Dickenson, Texas 77539 Rehabbing an existing apartment flooded by Harvey in Dickenson, Texas 77539. 4 buildings (A, B, C and D). Building A has: 4 - 1 bed/1bath (approx. 655sf) 8 - 2 bed/1 1/2 baths (approx. 825sf) 4 - 3 bed/1 bath (approx. 980sf) Total 16 units Buildings B has: 12 - 2 beds/1 bath (approx. 755sf each) Building C has: 17 - 2 beds/1 bath (approx. 755sf each) Building D has: 12 - 2 beds/1 bath (approx. 755sf each) 57 total units in A/B/C/D (1st floor has 28 units and the 2nd floor has 29 units) Scope of Work: 1. New asphalt parking lot 2. New roofs 3. Replace exterior rotten wood and repaint 4. Rework courtyard drainage (it does not drain) 5. Convert electrical meters so tenant pays for their own electric (convert 24 meters from master) 6. New HVAC condensers and air handlers (check out ductwork and support stand for the air handler). 1st floor: Replace condensers and air handlers and check ductwork and check copper and support stand for the air handlers (28 units). 2nd floor: Replace condensers (29 units). 7. Rehab unfinished units on the first floor (Including new sheetrock, paint, cabinets, counter tops, vanities, toilets, bathtubs, wiring, receptacles, switches, flooring/wood planks (2nd floor), flooring/tile (1st floor), window blinds, appliances (stove/oven/fan, refrigerator), light fixtures, mirrors, doors/frames/hardware, bathroom accessories, etc.). Demolition was completed on the initial rehab. Some of the units are already finished. Contractor can bid on all or you choice which area of work you want to do. Contractor can buy the materials or you can hook us up with the supplier and can pay supplier direct. But material cost needs to be included in Contractors bid. Contractor to furnish a break down for each area of work. Contractor will provide a scope of work and a time line schedule May choose serval contractors to do the work in different areas. Will pay out the contractor for their labor on a weekly bases based on the work completed. No up front money.
