2 guys to assist with lawn and concrete work

I'm looking for 2 maybe 3 guys to help with steady work this season. I cut a lot of grass and do lots of small concrete jobs for people in the Rockford area. On the lawn work I pay a percentage and on the concrete work I pay a flat rate per job or flat rate per day to keep everything fair across the board.
