Saw lost dog tramway & central area

Last night, Sunday the 18th I saw a small dog, black/brown color, wearing a sweater running across the intersection of 4 hills and central/66. I stopped, tried to coax it to safety....it ran under the underpass of I40, off ramp to tramway. That’s the last I saw, hope this helps. Chris
