Cleaning - Commercial and residential cleaning, new and existing recurring accounts, and one-time opportunities. Short term rentals - five listings for short term rentals, all two bedroom apartments, with guests checking out at 11am and a check-in time of 4pm. Monitoring each listings calendar to reset accommodations for a new arrival. Approx 40-50 hours per month on average for turnovers, supply maintenance and laundry.
