Maxine Waters for tells protesters to 'get more confrontational'

Maxine Waters said that Trump should be impeached because he incited his followers and was trying to cause a civil war. Is she not doing that exact same thing that she accused Trump of? Trump encouraged his followers to protest peacefully, but Waters is actually calling for more violence. She lives in California. Inciting violence is easy for her, she's not from the area. She doesn't have a local home or business that's at risk. By her own standards, Maxine Waters deserves to be impeached and removed from office.
