IMMEDIATE HIRE We are currently accepting applications for a full-time operator and a part time helper position at The Great Park Balloon in Irvine. Duties include operating the balloon, coordinating of passenger boarding, mooring the balloon, routine maintenance, and monitoring the balloon during inclement weather. The ideal applicant would be responsible, disciplined, and a team player. Good communication skills, judgment, problem-solving, customer service experience, common sense, and a strong work ethic are extremely important. Additional experience with Microsoft Office, a mechanical aptitude, and any weather experience would be beneficial. We are looking for someone whom can listen and follow directions. There will be book work and training manual during initial training period. The position is outdoors, requires working in all types of weather year round, and is physical.
