Production Position - Presser Fast-paced, high-volume dry cleaners, utilizing modern equipment to produce high quality finishing while achieving high production standards. Pants and shirts pressing is a fast-paced position with a work load that changes daily and seasonally. The flexibility to adapt is a must. Requirements: ▸    Ability, or even the desire, to perform routine, repetitive tasks ▸    Able to meet or exceed plant production standards ▸    Able to meet above while maintaining high quality standards ▸    Dependability ▸    Flexibility in scheduling as determined by workload ▸    Display pride in quality of work ▸    Able to work with others ▸    Can understand and follow instructions ▸    Can quickly master technical and mechanical aspects Job Duties: ▸    Press pants, shirts and other dry-cleaned clothing using automated equipment ▸    Occasionally load and unload dry cleaning machine ▸    Occasionally perform shirt touch-up, order assembly, and order packaging ▸    Maintain station for cleanliness ▸    Maintain station supplies, such as hangers and so on ▸    Inventory supplies as needed for replenishment ▸    Minor mechanical maintenance of presses and other equipment in that station ▸    Train others as back-up when necessary, such as during time off Experience in the correct use of automated pressing and touch up equipment is a plus at this position, but not required. We offer training for the person who meets the requirements of dependability, flexibility, and pride in ones work. A good attitude, willingness to work with others as a team, and the ability to step out of the comfort zone and help on occasion is expected as well. First and second shifts available.
