We found a rat terrier near the intersection of Cottage Street and South Plymouth Avenue on the night of April 18th. He is mostly white with black spots. He has brown and black spots on his face and very timid, but friendly. He had a collar, but no tag. If you are the owner, please contact email with proof of ownership.
