I see a few of you constantly posting new ad's for the same position. The reason: You don't have a solid plan, you don't get back to people in a timely fashion, your set list is terrible.. Many Musician's are afraid to think outside the box so you play the same ol tired crap over and over....here come the "that's what people want to hear" replies...The 7 people at your shows? LOL If you want solid people: 1: have a plan and solid leader - solid leaders are NOT bass players or drummers. 2: Get back to people quickly 3: Don't be afraid to try different things. This one is a lot to ask, I know. Most of you reading this are probably the people on "the side lines" or you're in a band that no one has heard of. There's a reason...........
