Hello, I have a special needs dachshund up for rehome.He is 100% potty trained but will urinate everywhere whenever he gets nervous which is all the time. Maybe someone with more skills and patience can love him better. He is a GREAT dog other than that. I’ve walked him off leash since day one, he almost never barks, and he is a good travel companion.
