Lead Singer Seeks Guitarist for Acoustic Duo

Looking to put together an acoustic rock, pop, or country duo to play/write originals as well as some cool covers. I'm 28 and I sing and play basic rhythm guitar but my passion is really for writing catchy songs. I have played and written in many different styles so I'm fairly open to different genres although I always like adding a touch of rocknroll to my music. My goal is to start practicing a couple times a week and get together a set list of mostly originals so we can begin gigging around once things open - great if you have connections already to bars/venues. I've played bands but with larger groups it can be hard to organize things and progress. I'm hoping that an acoustic rock duo with me and another guitarist could be a little more nimble and make progress faster. I know its a tough business to make it in but now's the time to try while I'm young so I'm looking for musicians in their 20's/early 30's that are also serious about making music their career and dedicated to practicing and gigging. Some of my influences include: Aerosmith, Royal Blood, Highly Suspect, Foo Fighters, The 1975, Fall Out Boy, The Struts, Third Eye Blind, The Black Keys, The Maine, and The Killers, Dan+Shay, Luke Combs You can check out some of my recordings on my soundcloud below. My older stuff is Pop Punk but my newer songs like "Drink Myself to Sleep" are more rock/country which is probably closest to what I'd like to do for this project.
