LGDs Pyrenees
Meet Buddy and Reese!
Awesome wonderful beautiful dogs.
For the last 4 years we lived on 5 acres in Newalla. Buddy and Reese are spayed and neutered are siblings and were raised from puppies with farm animals. We never lost chickens to wild animals again after Buddy and Reese came to the farm.
Buddy and Reese watched over our goats, turkeys, children, and chickens. They don’t bother our cats.
They aren’t the best at watching over ducks however, and they caught a lot of rabbits.
And they aren’t great with horses. They want to play with them.
We moved to the city to be closer to my jobs. Ugh. Wish we could just not have to work and we could raise goats and chickens and turkeys and ducks for a living, but we can’t. We feel like Buddy and Reese would like to roam some land again. They’re a little cramped up here in the city.
They will be greatly missed but we feel it is the best thing to do.
Buddy does not like thunder. Otherwise he is extremely calm and just a good dog.
Reese has more energy, and is a good watch dog. She likes a tummy rub.
They are pure bred Pyrenees dogs so they like to dig and wander, so you’ll need a good fence. We love them, and feel very safe while they’re around. When we sold chickens, people would stay in the car because although they’re friendly and sweet, Buddy and Reese’s size intimidated a lot of people. Which is good for us because we have a lot of kids.
Let us know if you’re interested. They need to go together please.
Asking a $200 rehoming fee total. Will include their crates and food bowls and some food. And probably some tears as we watch them leave.
