Seeking talented, clean and neat person with verifiable skills and work history for all phases of renovation. Candidate must have a license and reliable transportation and their own hand tools. Paid vacation(after one year) paid holidays. $20 hourly starting and review after 3 months. This full time position and not seasonal.
