Occasional yard help/handy work

I would like to find a reliable person to come around maybe once a month on one day of a weekend to help with yard work - raking, blowing leaves, pull weeds, etc. Ocassionally, there may be very small handy man type stuff to do in the house. Might suit someone who is about that mindset of every little helps. There may be occasional big projects that you may help facilitate if not your area of expertise. Hoping to have this develop into a nice working relationship. I appreciate dependable people. Please reply only if you are local and mobile.
