Our company uses lawn maintenance subs to service apartment complexes in San Antonio. We pay per property for you and your guy/guys to service weekly from March-October and every two weeks Dec-March. THIS IS YEAR ROUND PAY. Most guys who have their own truck/equipment and do lawns/landscaping go hungry during the winter. Having a few communities like this will help during your winter months.
