Looking for an event manager

We are a busy restaurant that has many events coming up. For example Cinco De Mayo. We have music planned and giveaways etc. But we still haven't gotten graphics made. We are not doing all we can do cause we are busy. We are looking to hire a social media person to help and for our Event manager and them to work side by side on things. Must be detail oriented. Organized and can organize... Coordinate between videographer and manager to make sure days we are filming we have the right staff etc..... Creative.. Hopefully local so you can spend time here and feel our vibe. We have the best vibe in da Yunk! The better of a job our event manager does the more people are in the building. But yes part of the job does not have to be in the building as we promote, contact and plan events daily!!!
