About the Maintenance Assistant: We are looking for someone who is energetic and outgoing and who has an interest in working with other team members on a daily basis. The Maintenance Assistant position will complete daily tasks provided by management. These tasks can range from snow removal to picking up trash to bathroom cleaning to spackle to setting up door locks. We are looking for someone with basic ‘handy-man’ skills, but who is also interested in learning more to better themselves and grow within the company. To be considered for an interview the candidate should hold the following qualifications: o English is a must o High School Diploma o Ability to lift 40lbs. repeatedly o Basic computer skills o Valid driver’s license is required o Ability to climb 12ft ladder o Located within 5miles of Berlin would be beneficial for emergency calls Work Days and Times: o Thursday - Saturday 1pm to 9pm o Sunday 8am to 6pm **Must be able to secure premise.
