AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY BUSY AND EXPANDING NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR EXPERIENCED HVAC & DUCT CLEANING TECH (Male & Female) FOR COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL WORK. Office Location is Pompano Beach, Fl. (F/T & P/T) Immediate Hire for the Right Person; multiple positions soon available. We are a NADCA Certified Company and we clean & coat and restore to the highest standards in the industry. Requirements: 1. You must have proven experience and training from an HVAC Company, doing service repairs, air handler and duct cleaning and maintenance. We will take time to train and upgrade your skills if you already have done this and are motivated to learn and grow to a new level in your career. 2. Dependability; no slackers. Don't waste our time or your own time if you expect to come here, show up and expect to keep the job without 100% effort and quality work performance and excellent attendance. 3. Ability to work well with a team on a worksite and take direction and take initiative. If you see a potential air handler or duct issue while you clean, tell your crew chief, don't just skip over it and hope nobody will notice. THEY WILL! 4. When you apply, be up front with us about your past. There will be a background check. We will consider every situation, individually. Nobody is perfect, but, don't lie to us. You will also need to provide references. 5. Our techs do whatever is required on a job. You need to be a full versatile package. Ability to perform a/c maintenance, coil cleaning and duct cleaning, repairs and installations, as needed.
