On-Site Maintenance Position. Live in Your RV in Florida Keys Position Available at Breezy Pines RV Estates, a 98-lot RV park in Big Pine Key. The position is for a maintenance associate to perform basic upkeep on community facilities. Compensation consists of 40ft x 22ft lot rental and utilities including basic cable and Wifi. Parking will be provided for a maintenance trailer and/or use of tool shed. You must have a standard RV in good condition. Your RV must be under 40 ft. in length to fit on the lot provided. Opportunities exist to earn extra income through side work for lot owners and residents. Skills: Basic repair, janitorial, yard work, and security skills are required along with ability to interact positively with residents. Must have basic tools. Supplies and some tools provided. Qualifications: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Relevant experience is necessary along with three work-related references. Must have your own RV in good condition under 40ft long. Responsibilities: Cleaning community buildings including bathrooms, tending a swimming pool (training provided), yard work including some lawn mowing, basic maintenance work, general security monitoring, and miscellaneous tasks as required for facility up-keep. Schedule: Part-time at 25 hours per week on a regular, set schedule (Wednesday-Sunday) to include morning and evening park walk-through security check. Interview required (in person or by Zoom video). Background and credit check required. No-drug policy. No conversion vehicles, pop-ups, or truck campers. Two pet limit in park.
