So I'm going to start working out, I have all the equipments, please YOU TUBE videos of the equipments I have so I don't have to answer a bunch of the same questions please, I want to help you feel better about yourself, and you help me motivate !!!!! I want you to be SERIOUS and MOTIVATED about losing weight or getting smaller so we can do this together and be a team!!!! I just bought a brand new Bowflex not been used yet = FREE to use I have a fat freeze machine cold sculpture = 5 bucks for the membrane which is the wet thing that goes in between the machine paddle and your skin so you don't get frost bite, you can use the same membrane for a week or more, I have them just charging 5 bucks and use of the machine they say use machine 3 x a week, I do an hour on belly, if you want to do it more it's up to you, I'm starting to get back into it I use to use it everyday Also I have a vibration platform = FREE to use, can't have more than 300 pounds on it, which I use everyday it's pretty fun 10 minutes each session, I use it 3 x so for 30 minutes Lipo laser machine = FREE to use, I have a brand new one also coming end of the month with 14 paddles, but I do have one here still, just buying a new one Ultrasonic cavitation machine = just bring your own gel ( aloe vera gel will work, all depends on your body how much and long you use it, I have a brand new one also coming end of the month, I do have a machine here just buying a brand new one EMS stimulation machine = FREE to use, still new used only couple times, use as long as you need Tanning bed only used a couple times still brand new = just bring your own tanning lotion buy online or you can get at Walmart, I do have packets 2 dollars a piece, nobody over 200 pounds please if so let me no how much you weigh, as I haven't looked up how much you can weigh yet, it's my baby and I need to start using it every day 😀 I also do have lipolab injections vials I'm willing to sell a couple 20 bucks for 10 ml vial, I used 1 1/2 vials, with only half a vial I lost 4 pounds, my belly only took half with love handles and armpits, so depending on your body for what you need, I don't like needles so I used hydrologic pen, probably spelled it wrong lol needle less needles 🤣 Must be 18 or older to use any of these unless I meet the parents!!!! If you are over weight and want to get in shape come use my stuff so it motivates me, all I'm asking is respect my equipments, and most importantly do not steal from my place ( I've had that happen before) please email me and I can send you pics of any equipment you would like to use so you no, thank you for looking, to use these equipments PLEASE LOOK THEM UP BEFORE ASKING ME A BUNCH OF QUESTIONS!!!!! PLEASE BE MOTIVATED and PLEASE BE NICE and NOT PICKING AT EVERY Saying it don't work, always remember every BODY is different, if you don't like my stuff you don't have to come back lol, sorry I watched to may you tube videos how people complain about everything 🤣🤣🤣
